Supreme Court of Westeros, ruling 118

Thursday is court day! Sorry for the delay.
Welcome to the Supreme Court of Westeros! Every week, three pressing questions from the community will be answered by the esteemed judges Stefan (from your very own Nerdstream Era) and Amin (from A Podcast of Ice and Fire). The rules are simple: we take three questions, and one of us writes a measured analysis. The other one writes a shorter opinion, either concurring or dissenting. The catch is that every week a third judge from the fandom will join us and also write a dissenting or concurring opinion. So if you think you're up to the task - write us an email to stefan_sasse@gmx.de, leave a comment in the post, ask in the APOIAF-forum or contact Amin at his tumblr. Discussion is by no means limited to the court itself, though - feel free to discuss our rulings in the commentary section and ask your own questions through the channels above.
One word on spoilers: we assume that you read all the books, including the Hedge Knight short stories, and watched the current TV episodes. We don't include the spoiler chapters from various sources in the discussion, with the notable exception of Theon I, which was supposed to be in "A Dance with Dragons" anyway.
Question Call: If you have any interesting questions, please tell us!
Please note that our new ebook is up and available on Amazon, collecting the first 60 rulings and the best comments in one place. It's only 5,99$, so what are you waiting for?
And now, up to ruling 118! Our guest judge this week is Michael, a member of the community who also serves the court as a clerk, checking our questions and helping us with keeping it all straight, for which we are immeasurably grateful.

Supreme Court news [UPDATE]

Today, we faced kind of a dilemma: we didn't have a judge for next week's ruling. We're now in for well over 100 rulings, and it's hard finding new people. So we wrote to practically everyone who did an opinion for us, asking them whether they'd like to participate again.

Well, what can we say? It's three hours later, and we have judges scheduled until mid-August, including some new ones. This community really is the best, and I want to thank everyone for taking part in it and helping us out.

If you're feeling really creative, we could also use a new badge of questions. We're not running out for a month or two, but many questions we have are hypotheticals, which aren't kindly received everywhere. So, if you have something you wanted to know for quite some time, or something that you would like to see discussed, please, leave us a comment or drop as an email or tweet. It's much appreciated.

Thanks everyone, and stay awesome.

Stefan and Amin

UPDATE: We're now in mid-October, booked out. Wow.

And now, up to ruling 115! Our guest judge this week is Spandana, a 23 year old Hardware Engineer working in Bangalore, India. She started reading the books after watching the first two seasons of the HBO show AND finding out who Jon's parents actually are. Her favorite theory is the Grand Northern Conspiracy who she believes is around 60% true and 40% wishful thinking, but immensely enjoys it nonetheless.
